Black Swan

Jason O'Shea

Thank you for checking out my website, I decided to put this together after realising that some people like the things I write, to be honest I think my writings are a just an expression of me and nothing special but its real nice to know others are blessed by them.

My name is O'Shea which gives me very strong roots that I have loved learning about, I came to England while a young child from Canada so have grown up in South London, Jamaica is my home from home and much of my writings will include Jamaican Patois as well as South London street slang.

I live in Peckham, South London I guess in America they would call it the projects but for me its where I know.

Life has been a struggle continuously up hill, heartbraking and traumatic, its been magical, amazing and full of Love. I hope I can convey this through my ramblings I call my writings.

This is my journey, my life... My all I dedicate to my creator, thank you

Son of Shea

The black swan, eala dubh, is the totem of the O’Shea clan, which comes from south-west Ireland.

The name Shea, 0'Shea and O'Se derive from the Irish language O'Seaghdha Sept.  There are two main prefixes in Irish name's O and MC.  These were used in ancient times before the inception of surnames.  The O was used to mean "the son of" and the MC was used to designate "the grandson of ". O'Seaghdha translates into the son of Segda and Segda can mean either hawk like or stately.

I am a Son of Shea.

The Black Swan

The Swan was a symbol of the Corcu Duibne.  In Celtic mythology the swan represents love and purity and they have magical powers of music and therapeutic powers of water and the sun.  Since swans are of all three of the elements earth, wind, and water they can command all three.  Celtic legend also states that swans are shape shifters and can obtain the shape of humans.  In one Celtic legend the children of Lir were transformed into swans by their step-mother and remained that way until released by the bells of Saint Mochaomhog's some 900 years later.

I am a son of Shea second and First I am a son of God

Technicaly I am not Irish... I have been there once to date for a weekend. My roots from my Grandparents back are Irish, Pure Irish.

Without any question... Look into my eyes you will see a son of Shea

God predestined me to be born of the family line of Shea, He also more importantly pre destined me to be born into His blood line, the blood that was shed as the price, the penalty of sin. The blood of a Jew, a Hebrew a direct decendent of Abraham, Yeshua aka Jesus the Christ.

I have been adopted into that family blood line, I am a child of The most high God
